Use of Services and Client Responsibilities

Crossrive Ventures provides advertising and digital marketing services, including PPC campaigns, content marketing strategies, SEO, and social media management. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Clients are expected to provide accurate information, respond promptly to communications, and approve creative materials within agreed timelines. All project scopes, deliverables, and results are dependent on collaboration, timely feedback, and market conditions. We strive for measurable outcomes, but we cannot guarantee specific results, as campaign success depends on external factors including audience behavior, market conditions, and client involvement.

Payment, Liability, and Governance

All fees must be paid as agreed in contracts or invoices. Creative assets and work produced by Crossrive Ventures remain the property of the agency until full payment is received, after which clients are granted usage rights according to the agreement. Crossrive Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated, payments are overdue, or project scopes change significantly without mutual consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall fall under Nigerian jurisdiction. Crossrive Ventures reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
